ContentMill AI is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms long-form content into multiple platform-ready formats. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the right to use any content you submit for repurposing.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated outputs before publishing.
• You agree not to use the service for generating harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you submit. You also own the AI-generated outputs. ContentMill AI does not claim any rights to your content or generated outputs.

5. Free Tier & Paid Plans

• The free tier provides 3 repurposes per month at no cost.
• Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ContentMill AI is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: errors in AI-generated content, content that infringes third-party rights when published, or service interruptions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities to existing content. Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. ContentMill AI does not guarantee that outputs are original, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
